The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our busy administration team. The position is approximately 24-26 hours per week and will be based between our clinics at 11 Windsor Street and 9 Martin Street in Invercargill.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic
- Answering the phone in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
- Handling patient queries
- Data entry
- Taking payments
- Over the counter product sales
